Berbere is an Ethiopian and Eritrean spice blend featuring warm, earthy flavours with a touch of heat. A rich blend of warm, aromatic spices such as paprika, fenugreke, cumim, all spice, and ginger. Our hand blend berbere is the same blend used in our delicious Doro wat recipe.
